When you engage with PhobiaEase, we may collect the following information: your name, email address and phone number; booking and scheduling details through our booking platform; payment details processed securely through our payment provider; and information you share during your private conversation or coaching sessions, including details relevant to your phobia and any related history you choose to disclose.
Session recordings
With your knowledge and consent, coaching sessions may be recorded. Recordings are used solely for the purpose of personalised client coaching — allowing your program to be reviewed and tailored to your progress — and for Wayne Power’s ongoing professional development and practice supervision. Recordings are not shared publicly, used for marketing or training material, or provided to any third party without your separate, explicit consent. You will always be informed before a session is recorded and may request that a session not be recorded.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and deliver coaching sessions, communicate with you about your program, send relevant follow-up information and resources, process payments securely, review and improve the quality of your coaching experience, and support Wayne Power’s ongoing professional development. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond delivering and supporting the service you have engaged us for.
How we store and protect your information
Your information, including any session recordings, is stored securely using reputable platforms and access-controlled systems. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of delivering our service to you, such as our booking, email and payment platforms. These providers are required to handle your information securely and in accordance with their own privacy obligations. Session recordings are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Session confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions, including anything captured in session recordings, is treated as strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party, except where required by law or where there is a genuine concern for your safety or the safety of another person.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, including session recordings, request corrections to inaccurate information, or request that we delete your information, subject to any legal or professional record-keeping requirements. We retain client information, including session recordings, only for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet any legal or professional obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
